However, if your item arrives damaged and the damage was not inflicted through shipping and the item itself arrives damaged we are open to an exchange .

Missing/Lost Parcel  

Once your item has been dispatched we are no longer held responsible for any lost/missing parcels. All items are shipped with Royal Mail and proof of postage is kept on file if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of dispatch (inside the UK) please contact us so we can sort this issue out for you.
